Grand Turk may be small, but it is full of things to do. Take your golf cart to explore Grand Turk's pristine beaches, rent a paddle board for a lazy morning on north creek, contact one of the tour companies on the island to discover Gibbs Cay, swim with the stingrays, watch a few whales, or be amazed by by all that Grand Turk has to offer underwater .

Villa Kaya is located on the hilltop Breezy Brae, overlooking the North Atlantic Ocean. The pleasant and mild breeze keeps the hot Caribbean heat enjoyable. Located on the east coast of Grand Turk, a mere 1.5 miles away from the bustling west coast, Villa Kaya offers a slow paced, peaceful escape, but close enough to the island's tourist hub.
Rooms & Rates
Villa Kaya has two suites available, a comfortable one bedroom, and a spacious bachelor suite. The suites share a common patio, BBQ and a walk out onto a natural yard that overlooks the ocean. A quick walk downstairs puts you on a secluded beach. Each suite comes with use of its own golf cart.
